What To Expect
After you have made contact, you will be offered a free initial meeting with me. This can be done over the phone or in person (whichever you prefer) and typically lasts 20-30 minutes.
It is an opportunity for us to meet each other, explore your main concerns and have an easy-going chat to see if we are comfortable working together.
If you find talking difficult, we can explore other creative ways of communicating.
If you feel comfortable to continue, we will arrange a convenient time for your first session.
