Here For You

Keeping up with the demands of our home-life, work, relationships and health is difficult at the best of times and trying to stay on top of everything can feel overwhelming

Time for you can easily get lost along the way.

You may be feeling anxious, weighed down, alone or unhappy.

Perhaps you are carrying something heavy or painful that has happened to you. Maybe you have spent so long pleasing others, you feel lost about who you really are.

We all experience problems in life and sometimes the burden can feel too big to carry by yourself. It's ok to need a little help from time to time.

I'm here to help you figure it out.

I work with many different issues. Although, my main areas of focus are anxiety management, trauma recovery and exploring identity.

Counselling is not just for those in crisis - it is often helpful in preventing things getting to that point

Keeping things inside may seem easier but they can come out in other ways such as chronic pain, difficulty breathing or intense emotional release.

Talking things through and expressing yourself can help you to understand your feelings and thoughts: enabling you to heal and grow.

Counselling could be one of the best gifts you give to yourself.

Receiving support and encouragement increases your confidence in yourself and who you are - making those challenges feel a bit more manageable. This frees up your energy to focus on what is important to you.

Life experience and my work with others, has shown me how beneficial this can truly be.

Whatever concerns you, I will work with you to create a unique helping relationship.

Together, we will find a way through.

When looking for a counsellor, it's important to find the right fit for you.

Call, text or email me and we can meet in person for a free 30 minute chat to explore how we may work together.

I am currently based in Chichester and Petersfield. Click here for location and more information.
